Cookie Policy

We use as few cookies as we can get away with — enough to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and nothing built to track you around the web.

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Rhino4 Solutions uses cookies and similar technologies on r4copier.com and the R4Copier member dashboard. It complements our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising-tracking cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things between requests and pages — such as whether you are signed in or which theme you chose. Similar technologies (like browser local storage) serve comparable purposes, and we refer to them all as “cookies” here.

How we use cookies

  • To keep you securely signed in to the member area.
  • To remember preferences, such as your selected colour theme.
  • To keep the Services secure and detect abuse.
  • With your consent only, to measure aggregate site traffic via Google Analytics.

Types of cookies we set

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function — primarily authentication and security. The member area cannot work without these, so they cannot be switched off from within the Services.

Preference

Remember choices you make. For example, a tc-palette cookie stores your chosen colour theme so the interface looks the way you left it.

Analytics (with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and what devices they use — so we can improve the product. These cookies (_ga and _ga_*, stored for up to two years) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; declining or ignoring the banner means no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store visitor IP addresses, and we never use it to build advertising profiles. You can change your choice at any time in the “Managing cookies” section below.

Third-party cookies

Some features rely on trusted third parties that may set their own cookies:

  • Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention during checkout and billing.
  • Google — when you choose “Sign in with Google”.
  • Google Analytics — consent-based traffic measurement, as described above.

These providers process cookies under their own policies.

Managing cookies

You can change your analytics consent at any time right here. Withdrawing consent stops collection immediately and deletes the Google Analytics cookies already on your device.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the member area, and clearing preference cookies will reset choices like your theme.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
