Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Rhino4 Solutions (“Rhino4”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the R4Copier desktop terminal, the member dashboard, and the website at r4copier.com (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account, installing the Software, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Definitions
- Software / Terminal — the R4Copier application you install and run on your own machine or VPS.
- Member Area — the web dashboard where you manage licences, billing, and the sanitized status of your connected accounts.
- Master account — a trading account whose orders are the source of copying.
- Slave account — a trading account that receives and mirrors orders from a master.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you, including the rules of any broker or prop firm whose accounts you connect.
Licence to use the Software
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, Rhino4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own trading. Your plan determines how many accounts (masters and slaves) you may connect.
The licence is for your use only. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the Software or access to it, except where a plan expressly includes the ability to operate a subscriber base (for example, the Pro plan’s subscriber-billing add-on), and then only in accordance with that plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where the law permits despite this restriction.
- Circumvent licensing, account limits, or security measures.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, market abuse, or to facilitate fraud.
- Copy trades into accounts you are not authorized to control, or in breach of any broker or prop-firm agreement.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or our infrastructure.
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Services except as expressly permitted by your plan.
Your account & credentials
You are responsible for the activity under your member account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your broker, prop-firm, and platform credentials are stored locally on your device, encrypted in your operating system’s native keystore. You are responsible for safeguarding the device and environment on which the Software runs. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Self-hosted software & your responsibilities
R4Copier is self-hosted: it runs on your own desktop or VPS, under your control. You are responsible for providing a suitable environment (hardware, operating system, network, and where relevant a VPS), for the broker and prop-firm accounts you connect, and for configuring copying, risk, and lot-sizing settings appropriately.
Replication speed and reliability depend on factors outside our control, including your hardware, network, VPS location, and your brokers’ platforms. Any latency figures we publish are indicative, not guaranteed.
Subscriptions & billing
Getting started
Paid plans start at $10 per month. We do not currently offer a free trial — you select a plan when you sign up, and billing begins at the start of your first period.
Plans & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan until you cancel. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.
Renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the member dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. Where we offer a pro-rata refund on annual plans (for example, within 30 days of purchase), the terms presented at checkout or in the dashboard apply.
Platforms, brokers & prop firms
R4Copier connects to third-party trading platforms (MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader) and, through them, to brokers and prop firms. These third parties are independent of Rhino4 Solutions, and your use of their services is governed by your agreements with them.
You are solely responsible for complying with each broker’s and prop firm’s rules, including any restrictions on copy trading, daily-loss limits, and news or weekend trading restrictions. R4Copier mirrors the orders you configure; it does not monitor or enforce any firm’s rules on your behalf, and using it is not a guarantee of compliance or of passing any evaluation. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for compatibility purposes only; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
No financial advice & risk disclosure
Nothing in the Services is a recommendation to trade any instrument or strategy. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and you may lose some or all of your capital.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the Software, the member area, branding, and all related content, are owned by Rhino4 Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that copying will execute without delay, loss, or failure. To the extent any warranty cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, it is limited to the minimum period and scope the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhino4 Solutions and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhino4 Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or any broker or prop-firm agreement.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to you, other users, or us. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the Software. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
Changes to the Services & terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
You agree that the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
